  1. Duct Work Replacement

    Correcting undersized, damaged, and poorly installed ductwork

    Ductwork is the part of a system nobody looks at and the part that decides whether the rest of it can do its job. A furnace sized correctly for the house still cannot deliver its output through returns that are too small, joints that leak into a crawlspace, or metal that has rusted through at the floor. Replacing a run means measuring what the system actually needs and fabricating to that, rather than reconnecting what happened to be there.

  2. Mini Split Install in Metal Shop

    Ductless cooling and heating where ductwork isn't practical

    A metal shop is one of the harder buildings to condition: uninsulated steel, high ceilings, and doors that open all day. Running ductwork through one usually costs floor space and loses capacity to the run itself. A ductless system puts the indoor unit where the people are and the compressor on the wall outside, so the heat travels the short way.

  3. Gas Furnace and Coil Installations

    Full heating system replacements

    A furnace and an evaporator coil work as one assembly — the coil sits in the airflow the furnace produces, and pairing new equipment with an old coil caps what either half can do. These installations replace both, along with the plenum and filter cabinet they connect to. Closets and utility rooms are the usual setting, so the fit gets worked out before anything is carried in.

  4. Outdoor Unit Installations

    Condenser and heat pump replacements

    The outdoor unit is the half of the system that lives in Kansas weather. Replacing one is rarely a straight swap: the pad has to sit level, the line set has to suit the new equipment, the electrical disconnect has to match what is going in, and the refrigerant charge is set to the manufacturer specification once it is running. It is also the half a homeowner can walk out and look at.

  5. Water Source Heat Pump Installation

    Specialized system work

    A water source heat pump moves heat between the building and a water loop rather than the outside air, which is why it turns up in buildings that already have a loop to tie into. The work sits closer to plumbing than to a standard changeout — supply and return connections, a condensate path, and the air handling all landing in one mechanical room.

  6. Insulation Repair of Package Unit

    Restoring performance on commercial package equipment

    A package unit carries insulation on the inside of its panels so conditioned air does not give up its heat to the cabinet on the way past. When that liner delaminates it stops insulating and starts shedding into the airstream. Repair means stripping the failed material back to clean metal and fabricating replacement panels to fit — a different proposition from replacing a cabinet that is otherwise sound.

  7. Keeping The Oldies Alive

    Getting more life out of older equipment for customers who aren't ready to replace it

    Not every call ends in a new system. Older equipment is often still serviceable and parts for it are often still available, and a unit that is worth keeping is worth keeping running. When it is not worth keeping, saying so plainly is the job instead.

    Very happy with Arrow are air conditioning quit on the Friday night before this 2026 Memorial weekend. I asked a buddy who to call he gave me Jesse’s number he can out an hour later got us going for a day or so. Then came out Tuesday and replaced the A coil inspected everything and got us up and running and for a fair price. I highly recommended Arrow!

    Arrow does amazing work!! Installed a mini split for our attic space in Conway Springs.Small living quarters in the attic. Window AC could never keep up and was loud.The mini split made it so nice, quiet and cool. Cool enough to need blankets in the summer time!!Highly recommend!!
